Such a creative shop name!

★ What does candycrack mean? Simply stated it means... Sweet as candy, addicting as crack. The shorter version would be, Sweet Addiction. It's something I had come up with years and years ago, and has simply stuck with me.
From Metro Detroit Michigan, Stacy is a
24 year old Graphic & Web Designer. My creations are a mix of new and old. I've always had a diverse taste when it comes to jewelry and that is something that is reflected in my shop.

etsyBloggers Team Mini Monday KRISTINE KENNEDY

(Shop: click on above banner)
Unique works of art you can wear every day

Kristine is a talented Artist in a variety of venues, to include creating scales models such as this one ...
and this Acrylic rendering of Act III CarmenProduction Design such as this for: "First Landing"
A story of the first British Colonists to land and settle
in America, in Virginia at Jamestown.

Short Biography: A career in film, television and theater production has taken me to such places as New York City, Los Angeles, New Jersey, Hawaii, and North Carolina, but I have found my home and inspiration in the Coastal Islands of Georgia, just outside historic downtown Savannah.
My jewelry making is heavily influenced by the beauty that is the Lowcountry of Georgia and South Carolina. Walks on the beach, the cry of the seagull, and the playful dolphins have worked their way into several pieces. I try to capture the essence of sea foam, the marsh grasses under moonlight, the pull of the waves….
My other major influence was my experience working on the film The New World by Terrence Maleck as a crafts person. The ability to work with a large group of talented artisans, using unique tools, building techniques, and materials, while learning about the Native American culture was truly inspiring. My first piece was made from materials used on the film and inspired by the color palette of the movie. I wore that necklace to the cast and crew premier of the film and my passion for jewelry making, bead collecting, and story telling through art has grown unabated since.
I also work in mixed media, collage and photography and intend to incorporate all of this experience into the jewelry pieces that I create for your enjoyment.I have been creating art in one form or another since I was a child, and am constantly evolving and developing my style, medium and approach to craft.
I look forward to sharing with you the ever evolving body of work as it develops.

Encrusted Turquoise Bracelet

I am truly amazed and honored to be the one assigned to create this feature today. Christine is one of the most multi-talented artisans that I have had the pleasure of knowing as a teammate, and for the opportunity of learning so much more than I could have imagined.

Cards by Jenna - EtsyBloggers Mini Monday

Welcome to "Cards By Jenna"! Is that not the cutest shop banner? Congratulations on your very own EtsyBloggers Mini Monday...though you are featured for the entire week. Hummm, maybe we should call it the EtsyBloggers Mini Week?

Just seems appropriate for the team to give you this card in honor of your week! You can purchase this royal masterpiece right here: You are the Queen
Each of Jenna's creations are awesome, unique, obviously well-made with love and creativeness!
Hailing from someplace I had not heard of just outside of Seattle in Issaquah, WA, Jenna gives much credit to her grandmother for introducing her to the arts.
Well Jenna, with some 80" of snow this season, it is a good thing you have such a fun hobby!
Belonging to January 5-15th the EtsyGreetings team, participating shops are offering free domestic shipping on any Thank You card set January 5th - 15th such as this "Bee-utiful" one:
And for those who know of someone expecting a baby this year...as is the daughter of our beloved teammate Ms. Moo, "cure"ator of Spotted Cow Soaps:

Timeless works of art suitable for framing, a treasure forever and always!

When our Jenna is not using her spare time to create, she works in real estate and says she "loves helping people buy and sell their homes".

Her profile reveals: My hobbies include cooking, reading, scrapbooking, gardening, spending time with family/friends, and cardmaking!

I live with my boyfriend and we have two adorable kitties.

I love papery things and have a huge collection which I use to create my masterpieces (at least I think each card is a masterpiece!). It is a wonderful past time and hobby for me and just recently I have turned my passion into a small business.

My card making specialty is customization and creating a unique one of a kind masterpiece.

Every card is hand cut and put together carefully with the best materials. I use acid free stickers, paper, and cardstock for long lasting durability. Embellishments include ribbon, lace, sequins, rhinestones, glitter, brads, prima flowers, stickers and more! Each piece is meticulously affixed to the card with photo mounting squares or hot glue for embellishments.

Etsy Bloggers Team Mini Monday featuring La Baleine a Plumes

With as interesting a life as our very own La Baleine a Plumes, there was nothing I could say that was more interesting as her own bio!
When people ask me what I do in life, I tell them I am an artist, which is the only thing I know for sure about me...
Originally a singer/dancer/actress, I am also a bellydancer, I design websites, I am reader for a Children's books publisher, and a writer when I finally find the time and inspiration!

I live in the center of Paris and I can see the Louvres from my window and the Eiffel Tower from my room.
Self taught sewer and crafter, my Etsy shop was a project that my friends and family supported a lot... and it's now officially open!
Angel Doll - God is always here
As with my life, I explore lots of different styles and materials, and follow my inspiration...

Mini Monday Featuring Tulips Treasure Box

From one person in two shops you can have it all. By that I mean you can find elegant jewelry designs in the Tulip's Treasure Box shop and every day functionality in the shop Mocking Bird Designs.
Take a look at the necklace above. Isn't it beautiful? Looking at something like this explains why this shop truly is a treasure box. You really need to check out this shop because there is so much more to treasure. You will find earrings, bracelets, coordinated sets and even a couple beautiful knitted pieces. To start shopping in this shop click any item in the graphic below.

But wait a minute there is more to show you! How many of you remember this pattern for dishes? My mother had a set and I remember them being sold as the first unbreakable dishes. Seeing this butter dish in the Mocking Bird Designs shop brought back a lot of memories.
What else is in that shop you ask? Well how about recycled t shirt tote bags or repurposed sweater items or collectible books or just go look for yourself by clicking any item in the graphic below?

Want to know more about the person behind these wonderful shops. You are reading the EtsyBloggers Team blog after all so I can't let you get away without telling you that of course there is a blog. Tulips Talking is filled with so many connections to all things crafty and Etsy that I can't count. You can also find out about the person and her family and if you are like me I love finding out about the artisans I come across on this great global community called the EtsyBloggers.

etsyBloggers Mini Monday Features - Spotted Cow Soaps

Oh, how did I get to be so fortunate?

Dear Ms. Moo,

Guess who is the editor of _our Mini Monda_?...

Shop: Spotted Cow Soaps

Blog: Spotted Cow Soaps

Handcrafted in a favored area of the world, New England. Specifically, Vermont.

Ms. Moo is an affectionate title given to Mrs. Linda Wheelock soon after a new member was miraculously accepted into the ROCKIN etsyBloggers Team!!! Since then, she has deviously played the SNS (Saturday Night Special) Friday's starting at 5 p.m., is a junkie ("I am a fragrance junkie and I peddle my soaps and skin loving goodies to support that habit"), tried out for the WWF and fell off of a ladder injuring her noggin, was the recipient of a ghostly haunting in her work office, where she has been the Grand Poo Bah and Director of School Food Service for many years! This is probably where she conceived of the idea to put lettuce into one and tomato into another of her beautifilled soap creations!

When she is not falling off ladders, or ducking for cover when the heavy shelving in her office collapsed on her, she is an exceptional wife, mother, homemaker, friend, gardener, and chief soap, lotions, massage oil, hand crochet bath accessories, and gifty items creator.

It is so hard for me to say this next quote from Ms. Moo herself, "Nestled deep in the heart of Vermont amongst the mountain views and dairy farms you will find Spotted Cow Soaps. I have been formulating and selling homemade natural soaps for over 8 years."

Her Etsy shop was born of necessity. “What started out as a necessity to cure skin issues of my own has grown into an obsession and love for handcrafting great smelling soaps that leave your skin saying..."THANK YOU!"

That leaves your skin saying MOOlicious is what would say!

Listen, how can you possibly resist this?

Or this?

We all love and adore you Ms. Wheelock. You are an intergal and ROTFL jokester of our beloved etsyBloggers ROCKIN team!

Wishing you all of the best with your etsyButt problems, and continued successes with your beautifilled Spotted Cow Soaps Boutique.

a Hug from all of us....
